And then the threat of “I’m gonna come get you this weekend.” I’m a girl so my dad stopped spanking me once I passed about 7 cuz he’s old school like that, but the loud ass earful I’d get the next time he picked me up…my dad is aggressive af. Scared me enough. And having to go stay with him for an extended period of time was punishment enough lol.
