And who gives up a $2 bill these days? That part was fairly obviously staged. Also knowing the vintage guitar community, there's almost a mania for keeping original parts, so I've got to imagine that neck wouldn't be so easily junked. Seems like I'm one of quite a few who clicked on the video just to call it out.

When you sand a radius into a neck with a radius sanding block, you don’t want to wrap the sandpaper around the sides of the block because it changes the radius of the final piece due to the sandpaper bending at the edges. You want to glue the sandpaper to the bottom of the block. This will give you a much better radius on the neck. When you are dealing with a small radius like 7.25, changing it the tiniest bit can drastically change the final radius. And you can end up with uneven surfaces where the radius changes randomly. Now I know this is just a RUclips restoration, but if you ever do this for a customer or for your own guitar that you mean to play regularly, use glue.

It's not a Fender.....as he says in the title. And, it's not a Squier either. It looks like it used to be a $200 Stratocaster clone. Look at the headstock at 0:08 mark.

The title clearly says "Fender Stratocaster".....yet he's not restoring a FENDER Stratocaster....rather he's restoring a no-name student guitar. I'm sure this has been pointed out before, but this isn't a Fender, it is in fact about the crappiest quality copy there is, with extremely low quality electrics & a plywood body!
