Something they have to reinforce continuously given the International warrant for Netanyahu's arrest. It is so obviously hypocritical of our leaders to preach peace when we're clearly making a fortune from sustaining both the war in Ukraine and the Middle East. In many respects, we probably deserve to actually suffer from all this misery we pile on the world. If there is to be a country recognized as Gaza, it will only happen without a Hamas government. Yes, Israel government is evil. They are less evil than Hamas, and they will most likely be at the outset once the war is over, and they can be removed through elections. Hamas will never be strong enough to remove Israel or Iran too. Thus, with Hamas around lobbing rockets at Israel, there will only be destruction and no freedom for Gaza. Gotta look at the rational path forward because both sides tomorrow will not say "this is stupid and lets be friends and love in peace". Because humans are stupid so don't be stupid and expect that to happen.

i think its not often said, but the air strikes that israel carries out are against terrorist targets (both individuals/personnel and infrastructure) , while hezbollah rockets tend to be fired at civilians and built up areas rather than at israeli military infrastructure.
