Maybe because of the culture of "Main Pehle (me first)" and the attitude of I am above all, more like Royalty. That is since I am above all, everything in my path should be clear, especially, no pedestrian.

Thanks man, Mark Weins runs an amazing show. He usualy shoots with 1 cam and a duirection mic. Basically his show is a vlog. Ours is a full on TV show witha crew of about 12-15 people and a 3 cam minimum setup. So we cant shoot as often as him. What it costs us to shoot 1 episode, will get himn about 15 to 20 episodes.

Disagree with shanky on the golgappas, for me personally east India makes the best panipuri, Eastern up, Bihar and bengal, with their mixture of Chana and aloo with imli ki pani instead of pudine ki pani.
Never liked the rolls in khan market too.
