Thank you for sharing this valuable information. I need your help with my Bougainvillea plant. I got a full bloom purple Bougainvillea in 14 inches pot from nursery in Nov 23. But after getting it home within 2 weeks all flowers fell off. Then I did soft pruning and gave some cowdung compost 2 times in 15 days gap. Post that the plant started getting new leaves. I also saw very few small flowers but to my surprise it was GREEN in colour. After few days it grew bigger but the colour was mix of green and very very light purple, no where close to what I purchased. After that I also gave DAP granules 2 times in 15 days gap. Now there are only leaves and not a single flower, not even green flowers. I am surprised. And it gets direct bright sunlight and I water it only when the soil dries or when the leaves droop down beacuse of heat. I dont know what is wrong. Please help with your expert tip. I have sent you invite on Insta.
Naya plant laya tha 6months ago, abhi tak flowering nhi hui h regular compost deta hu fir bhi thodi sa hai aur leaves hi hai bas. defoliate krru ya ruku spring season tak???

Ma'am Mera bougainvillea ka plant ko mein ne 15 din pehle repot Kia tha .os ne bohat sare leaves jhar diye aur os ko sunlight mein rakh diya tha after reporting 4 days .ab wo bilkol esa he jesa os ke eaves morjha rahe hon.mein kiya keron.
Apka plant abhi repotting shock mein hai.... Shayd vo apni sb leaves gira de.... But usko fenkna nhi... 15 se 20 din mein vo thik ho jayega or new leaves aa jayengi...
