You can apply fertilizer throughout the year in 45 days interval, my Begunia is in full sunlight since plantation, but it better if you can keep it semi shaded area

It is better if you buy it from local nursery or fertilizer shop, because for online purchase all other cost included with the product. Online purchase for those who dont have time to local shop.

You can light prune it, it is add extra 1 teaspoon superohosphate, for each pot, with the fertilizer as mentioned.

45 days interval is best , sometimes sometimes depends on plant size, health and pot size it may change, 1 teaspoon means means approx 2.5 gm
U hv mentioned 2 parts of bonemeal...etc...does it mean 2 cups??
2 parts means percentage ration, it may be 2 kg or 2 cups, its depends on how much mix fertilizer you require ,you will make as per your requirement

Check the drainage hole again, if okay your plants require additional fertilizer for better growth, add this fertilizer for better result
