My two sons that are 22 & 24 and I went and saw the boys last night kicking off the summer tour in STL... They were beyond amazing.. I loved that I got to share this experience with my boys and my favorite band. Amazing show!

1983 I was driving on H1 and could see Aloha Stadium and beyond when Photograph played on local FM station. I could not believe what I was hearing! I’ve seen DL half dozen times since and will see them again this summer in Virginia. Can’t wait!
They sell seats over these pop acts because they are actual real artists and superb performers.

Unlike Motley Crue, who with Vince Neil, sound terrible live these days, Leppard brings it! I saw them at the Vegas residency show and they were everything I hoped they'd be! I plan to catch them this time around too. They're only gonna do this so many more times before they call it a career. Better see 'em while you can and while they're still killin' it!

July 18th, Detroit Michigan at the Comerica park. First time seeing them, been a fan for 15 years old. since the age of 8 and gonna be turning 23 six days before the concert!! I'm crying..... I love Joe Elliott so much❤️🥺

Can’t wait to see them at Wrigley Field shortly! One of my favorite bands since middle school. My aunt met them on more than one occasion backstage and she is the one who got me into them. This is so exciting! I’m not going for Journey. I’m going for these guys!!!

This band makes me feel twelve since I was twelve.. I lose myself, my problems don't exist when I sing and dance at their shows. Their songs make me feel something unexplainable. Can't get enough of their concerts. Most fans, we go to see them as much as we can no matter where we live. I am from Argentina and I'll be travelling in August to the US just to see them. August 9th at Hard Rock!
This band gives me chills, makes me happy cry, and takes me back to the best memories of my life. SO excited for 7/20 in Nashville! I may die of a heatstroke but what a way to go 😂🔥

A loyal female fan since the release of On Through the Night and seeing Leppard live twice on their first American Tour. I was hooked from the beginning and have never missed an American Tour since. They were amazing then and are my absolute favorite band to this day. ❤

Incredible show in Atlanta last night! Fan since I was a teenager (early/mid-80's) and was my first time seeing them live. Before closing out the show, Joe said they WOULD be back. I sure hope so!

I'd say the Canadian band Triumph deserves to be in the R&RHOF. They were one of the best bands at the 1983 US festival and had many great songs.
DL also had another MTV video that I think came out before Pyromania but wasn't release on any studio album and its name was Me and My Wine which is on You-Tube and is pretty funny.

Gotta remember vivan was not part of the band during the pyromania recording sessions, bringing on the heartbreak video, n hysteria album. It seemed like alot of the questions were towards the early years.

@@charlesmeckler8683 exactly...it's they Pyromania tour and that's what she focused on. Too bad for Viv, but such is life. They aren't doing it on purpose. AND NOTE: it's not like Viv is UNLUCKY to be there. There's a good chance that without Def Leppard - as talented is Viv is - he'd be a studio musician somewhere or out of the business entirely. No matter how much talent you have, it's not like you can be a megastar or in a band like Leppard at will. Many great and talented guys - actually MOST of them - end up not finding a hugely successful gig and disappearing. After Whitesnake it's not like Viv had any clear path to continued stardom.

Summer stadium tour? Most fans are hitting 60 and want nothing more than to stay at home and save money, its cool these guys still get to play but im not interested at all. I'd rather stay at home and drink and listen to music in the garage.
