Yes, the topic of losing father is close to me too. Even though it happened not so long ago. But I can feel it and understand that he can never be hugged again and no one can replace him.
Not many things make me tear up but this was a rare occasion where a moment like this didn’t just make me tear up was literally crying. I love how both jinx and vi put all of their Bs aside to just hug their dad. For once they actually felt like a family again

Honestly, rewatching the show, episodes 1 & 2 (season 1) always felt like a chore, not because they were bad, but because the were boring (relative to the rest of the show). Now, with the season 2 context, episodes 1&2 feel kind of warm cause you see these 3 characters together being their own flavor of family

I think it's safe to say majority people didn't care about ''Arcane magic'' topic, nearly as much as just the ''characters of League being animated with their backstories''. The biggest feelz was seeing Powder and Violet young, them becoming what they are, Vander turning into Warwick, Singed transforming Orianna (which we never fully got), Ekko figuring out his time device. All that shoulda been ''ok story is wrapped up for them, that's it.'' Nobody needed celestial Warwick out here, Jinx and Ambessa dying n all that jazz...

I think the normal WW look woulda been fine, but maybe they couldn't have played on people's emotions as well if they gave the wolf face instead of the ''slightly Vander loooking'' version. At the end of act2 it looks like Isha nukes his face off, so I'm guessing Singed has to stitch up one of the jungle wolves heads up to make Vander function again as actual Warwick. If we're going off League WW lore - it will fail, Warwick will be disposed off as a failed experiment, but then the chamber on his back will start running and he'll be ''lost'' in the Zaun again.
