Have the same unit but its the concept 12, i just prefer to remove the service sleeve on these instead since its just 3 screws on the bottom

That is condensing coil. Evaporator coil is inside the house.

Good catch, I've since changed the title. Not sure how I made that error in the title. At least I called it a Condenser in the video.
