Honestly, there's two criteria for me:
•Blåh is flat af
•Blåh has visible dirt on it/the belly is not bright white
If either one of those checks out, I throw it in the washer and then restuff it

What did you use for the re-stuffing?
Well, the original stuffing + even more sintepuh (don't know the english word for it. Basically plush toy stuffing, I think you can buy it in bags in hobby stores/amazon)
