But still it's a hell of a show and is underated as that "Anime that people make sounds over food" What an understatement of such a legendary anime

The 4th op (Braver) is my favorite. The synth waves and the sad singing at the start is perfect. I love the dramatic feeling. And the ending of this op is just lit, i love the beat drop with the whispers and the scene of Yukihira walking through the flames.
The ending of this anime just makes me want more since Erina loves Soma and I want to know what the future has in store for them. Along with does Soma survive his 3rd year of the cooking school.
This anime just had such an original story, i mean it was about a cooking school where everyone strives to be the best and it really delivered! You know how they say, "don‘t cry because it‘s over, smile because it happened."

The ending of food wars wasn’t my taste but I hope we get an OVA because I wanna see a marriage and closure for other characters. if we don’t sigh... As for the opening ending, this is my Headcanon: I’m supposing erina still told him his food was disgusting but in her inner mind she always says delicious. In Erina’s inner mind she will promise to keep telling soma his food is disgusting because she knows he always brings the best dishes when he pushes himself to get her to say delicious. In her mind if she ever did tell him his food was delicious he wouldn’t have the same passion which I’m fine with.

This anime came out as I was nearing the end of eighth grade. Just watched the last episode. Now it's been over a month into my sophomore year of college. I'm glad I was able to go through high school and part of college while watching this. Thanks for the memories. I definitely won't be forgetting them anytime soon. :)
