I just fixed this problem with my 2020 E450 coupe.. I would shut the the door and the window wouldn’t roll up to window seal.. after your instructions I was able to reboot the window program… Thank you!
I'd add that I had to use the controls on the same door as the misbehaving window. I.E. the back right window was misbehaving so I had to use the control on that door. The driver's controls didn't recalibrate it.
Guys press it once til it stops prematurely at the top. Then double click up before it comes down again and it should stay close. Proceed to hold the up button all the way until 10 seconds and the window should stay up. Press down and up to see if the automatic window is working again. You’re welcome.
I have 2013 E350 4Matic. I got my battery replaced few months ago and this issue started. The front passenger side window button when hold up, the window rolls down, and when hold down, the window rolls up and doesn't go all the way up. 1. I put my keys in all the way clockwise to on position with the engine not running. 2. lift up the switch all the way up to second click and hold it for 30 seconds 3. lift down the switch all the way down to second click and hold it for 30 seconds. This isn't working. Any suggestions?
