- Demonstration of how to reset a cars, automatic windows. Sometimes win mechanic work is done on a vehicle. The battery is disconnected and the windows on the vehicle need to be reset in order for the automatic features to work. In this video to show how to reset them.

What if you close the door then it doesn't leave a gap what will be the problem

If closing the door doesn’t leave a gap, it might be an alignment issue with the window or door seal. Double-check to ensure the window is properly seated in its track and that the door is closing evenly. Sometimes a simple adjustment can fix it!
You need to calibrate your seconds. Each one and longer than the one before. It would take you all day to count to 100

My passenger window keeps rolling down every time I press the driver window button so both down at the same time. How do I fix that?

If your work truck's window won’t stop digging, it might be stuck in a loop! Try a window reset-hold the window switch up for 5-10 seconds after the window is closed. If that doesn’t help, you might need to look into recalibrating the window settings.
Do you go to the first stop on the button or the second stop?

Good question! It often depends on the car model, but generally, the first stop might be for manual control, and the second stop engages the automatic feature. If in doubt, start with the first stop and see if that gives you manual control.

That sounds frustrating! First, check the fuse related to your rear windows-sometimes it's just a quick fuse replacement. If that’s not the issue, you might want to check the window motor or switch. A quick diagnostic can save a lot of trouble!

I hate the automatic feature of my electric windows. How do iImake the windows work manually? Move when I activate the button and stop when I release the button?
