got fitted for a set today, tried Ping & Mizuno but these were the standout, hit a 7-iron over 15 yards longer than my current irons. Looking forward to collecting them
@@dougphelan4217 deadly 👌, yep they were joy to hit, tried ping 430 & mizuno like you, but nothing came near the cobra, hope you enjoy them when they arrive
thanks for review, got custom fit for these last week as my game isn't the same due to constant rotator cuff injuries , found these an absolute dream to hit, with Kbs tour 90g steel shaft, felt so good off the face and really consistent, just the wait now for them to arrive, keep up the good work
Have had 3 Surgeries left Shoulder torn Labrum front and Back ,Torn Bycept tendon and 4 tears in rotator cuff,2 Surgeries right shoulder 2rotator muscles torn Bycept tendon and Decompression ,got crushed ,Any how these Irons same Shafts are just pure Awsome!!!
@@Thataintnothingwoo that's alot, hope you healing up well, did you get the kbs 90g shafts?alot people telling me should get graphite, but find these fine, mind me asking what's ur swing speed considering your injuries, thanks Jon, hope you all set for Xmas 🎄
@@jonwright8236 Had Graphite in my Mizuno’s and Hated them ,the shafts that is ,If Your Powerful ,Would stay with Steel ,I’m gonna be 67 and Pro told Me I was too fast for Graphite if You believe that ! Old Ball Player with some good Power still Spun too much with Graphite .Wish You well ,Great Clubs!
Just got these….I gained 40 yards. Not exaggerating whatsoever. The set of clubs I had before were older but I didn’t think I would gain that much. 10/10 recommend (high handicapper)
i found this review helpful as i feel now a fitting is what i need now and i like the looks of these clubs . At the moment i play with titelist ap1 which ive had for a few years now a change is what im looking for ,now i would like to try out cobra.
Great review Ryan always enjoy your reviews. Are you a Cobra and Wilson stockist, do you charge for a fitting and do buy back clubs in good condition? I currently play T300 very nice but could do with more distance and more spin to keep the flight down.
Not everyone’s gonna use forged or even players distance, there are seniors out there, people with disabilities and physical issues that need an iron like this. I’m 64 and my iron speed is about 76 miles an hour, not very fast. I know I use the speed zones, similar loft. I must say they are straight and as long as I get it in the short grass, I’m beating a lot of those younger hitters who are in the woods.

I had the exact same experience, also hit Taylormade, now I get to wait 2 weeks to get the cobras...😒
Interesting review, thank you for your time and effort posting this information.
Just brought these and they are fantastic.
Let us know how you get on this year!

@golfshake Hi, thanks for the review. Club head is steel forged, I suggest lie angle can be easily modified. Correct?
suitable for slower swing speeds ?

When you stamp 7 on a 5 iron, it better go far...
your video quality looks great
Thanks!
