I just got a fresh set of the maxxis supersuckers for my s2 and neither of them will seat properly, they both look like your rear tire. I’ve tried dish soap, warming them up, over inflating, messaging them as a inflate and deflate, crying, asked chat gpt, came to terms with being retarded, wondered if I put my ar-10 back together correctly, started drinking and ultimately became really grateful for my air compressor.
Dish liquid and a toothbrush would do the trick .apply the dish liquid between the tire and the edge of the rim..slowly air it up and it should seat correctly on the rim..nice tires tho at least they're better than the stock tires..
Yeah first I bought two sets of the v tire Co whitewall tires and they were super impossible to set I took them to a bike store they couldn't do it I couldn't do it my dad which can fix anything known to man could not balanced the tires.. so I ended up just buying the regular ones in the 5-inch version and I had to air them up to 46 lbs in 52 lb before they would pop into the correct balanced position... So those white walls are going back on eBay or Craigslist for sale 😂
I have had two Speedster tires fail at the rim bead. The stitching failed. The first one was after just a few miles and the replacement failed after a few hundred miles. In two places on the rim. That company is incredibly hard to get in touch with.
@@JB91710 damn, this pair is the only ones I’ve bought through Amazon. I have no issue other than cracks, which is normal in my case because sometime the tires are exposed to direct sunlight. Nothing crazy.
@JB91710 vee tires and super73 tires are only 26tpi which is Horrible and nowhere ment to be on a 100lb bike going 20+ mph. I went through 1 tire a month due to the cheap ass 26tpi casing splitting at the bead. I have corner filled with 5 tires all with perfectly good tread and all split at the bead. Vee makes a 120tpi folding speedster tire that I have yet to try. If it's truly 120tpi it should last awhile.
I got a couple of shinko dual purpose motorcycle tires on my bike they fit on perfect 1st try .ND with index spray on them
A little tip use baby powder inside the tire also you can use it on the bead. I also use windex to seat the bead as well.
update: finally got them to go, but boy are my arms tires 😎

I tried using soapy water and deflating and inflating and still won’t fix, any ideas?
Heat up the tire with a hair dryer or heat gun or just leave it in the sun. It will be more pliable. Then use soapy water in over inflate
