The actual truth is, most cops and police departments hate these kinds of calls, because they are huge 1st Amendment minefields that often end up getting the city and the department sued. At the same time, the Karen's don't care, because the Karen's want to flex. As someone who worked in law enforcement, I actually noticed that Karen's, especially HOA Karens, share a lot in common with serial arsonist. They like to start fires, because they like to see all the people responding to their action, and they don't actually care one way or another what happens, they just get hard knowing that they created a mess.

The siren was required by policy to advance to the location within a crowed area for peoples safety. You should know the officer is there in response to a complaint probably the location where she was set up. And he was very professional.

As broke as the USA is at the moment, they might have conveyed a reminder for paying income tax - or stop playing ... Being in California, that gathering exceeded tolerable Methane gas levels.
Law Enforcement is exactly that. The officer doesn't make the laws. He doesn't decide if they are good or bad laws. It's just his job to enforce them. I'm sure the reason he's being pretty easy-going about the matter is because this is a pretty wholesome event involving a kid that he's busting up. Are you serious? Do you really think it’s hard to dance and play a musical instrument. How about a martial artist using nunchuck and doing forms at the same time? Or how is it humanly possible to run and dribble a basketball or catch a football. The dancing just gets you more fired up, more enthusiastic. Obviously this girl has some real talent, but it’s not really amazing that she can dance while playing. The amazing part is just being able to play the violin like that.

I personally knew a girl that played rock music with her violin and was well known among a few schools and was popular with all the teens and was seen as a prodigy and was given a scholarship for one of the big colleges but some music comitty didnt like how she played and pretty much took her scholarship. No idea what she is doing now and that was like 20 or so years ago.

I personally knew a girl that played rock music with her violin and was well known among a few schools and was popular with all the teens and was seen as a prodigy and was given a scholarship for one of the big colleges but some music comitty didnt like how she played and pretty much took her scholarship. No idea what she is doing now and that was like 20 or so years ago.

She is the luckiest daughter of the world. Music classes in California are super expensive. She has been getting private classed from her parents since she was baby. She comes from a family of musicians. But definitely she has also put some serious work herself. Beautiful family.
