We’ve been watching your website for real estate and you have a more places for sale than a lot of other real estate companies. We are going to start shopping for a house soon in the Sarasota Bradington area
I live in the Cape, really getting over crowed, city council will let anything get built, wanted restrictions on water usage for homeowners, but allowing developers to build huge apartment complexes, over building and probably turning into section 8 housing in near future. Also still recovering from hurricane 2 years ago.
I agree - I don't think Cape Coral has a good infrastructure. However, if your top criteria is to have a house with a boat in your backyard, it is one of the most places to find that in Florida (yet "affordable" is subjective).
I live in Florida, car insurance and homeowners insurance very expensive, utilities very expensive, home maintenance cost as well if you are near the ocean due to salt air, lastly food store (Public) is extremely expensive, in many cases twice the price of Texas Kroger or HEB. Zoning as well can be problematic. Because of Hurricanes and structural issues, HOA fees and surcharges can be very expensive. Lastly be very careful with home or condo purchases, a lot of scamming, home redone to look new, but poor workmanship, for instance on older homes plumbing and electrical not done to code. Some real estate again work with these scammers, along with the real estate inspectors. Miami is not livable, to much traffic and congestion. Driving is third world, dangerous.
Anywhere in Florida is a liability. High homeowners/ auto insurance, over development, traffic, hurricanes and floods to name few. Oh and the condo crisis.
northwest florida worst place to go , this guy is getting paid to advertise,Destin? you forgot to tell them about the Eglin Airbase traffic is horrible, crime is bad (drugs), high prices tourist trap.

Good feedback - thank you for sharing.
If things are so bad then why do you still live there? How would you like to pay New York State taxes and watch it go to support illegal immigrants.
Anywhere in Florida is a liability. High homeowners/ auto insurance, over development, traffic, hurricanes and floods to name few. Oh and the condo crisis.
Yes .. things have changed. Thank you for your feedback.
No state tax in Florida. Try living in New York State and see your taxes going to support illegal immigrants.
