Yes!! All good options
@FollowMeAway this year I'll definitely do some traveling
Anna Maria Florida is closer to Bradenton, Fl not Sarasota. But living here for 35 years were used to being in the shadow of Sarasota and St. Pete
This is true, but I didn’t think that people who aren’t from the area would really know where Bradenton is whereas many people know where Sarasota is.
Bungalows Key Largo is about $1000 per two people (or one) per night, and that is the FL "discount" rate!
That is the price per bungalow and that is correct. It is a super special occasion type of place for sure
@FollowMeAway can you please give my husband and I (just turned 60), recommendations in where to stay on Anna Maria Island?
Right now (and since the posting of this video) Anna Maria got rocked by our fall hurricanes in Florida. The island is doing a great job of rebuilding but lots of places were destroyed. My best suggestion is to join some Anna Maria Island Facebook groups and ask there as the locals to that island will have the most up to date recommendations!
The southern most location for the United States is actually on the Big Island of Hawaii
You are right I should have said ‘continental USA!’
Don't be a dick bob
I checked out the bungalows Key Largo… Rip off! I don't mind the price but nothing is included other than food and drink & room, no beach activities.
Water sports are included such as kayaking, a water trike, paddle boards etc, but there is no actual beach, which I didn’t miss but I did miss blue water. Check out our full video on our profile about Bungalows Key Largo I talk honest thoughts and pros and cons in that video! Overall, it was worth every penny, but there are def some things I didn’t like and I am very honest about what they are!
