I’m just learning to how to allow myself to feel it. Prolonged suppression of emotions tends not to end well. Feel it, Process it, write about it, cry about it but keep pushing forward. I always pray “God, you didn’t bring me this far for nothing.” I used to be quick to want to change things within myself, because it always had to be something inadequate in me that caused the break ups. NOT ANYMORE!! I’ve learned to accept that every person we date is not always intended to be in our life in that capacity forever. Sometimes they come along to show you exactly what you do not want. I used to hide things from my friends out of shame and embarrassment. Not anymore, now I’m raw and real like : Look this is what it is, it is my experience. I too am the friend that be ready to pull up for others, I am just allowing my friends to be my riders as well. 💫🦋💫
I use to use staying busy in order to not think about it. But later I realized that it will only come up when I finally am still. So journaling and digging deep asking myself tough questions. I really sat with myself but not dwell on it to the point where I become depressed. I had my mom to get moving but also having mental checks.

I had to learn that no matter how much you love someone and is over protective over them , you gotta let them learn what’s wrong for themselves... that also can push some one away and they will stop talking and confiding in you, like they did before...they are in them situations for a reason that only God knows, and nine times out of 10 God is using that situation to help them become a better person or a learning experience...so I learn to balance everything, hop on their case when I’m led by the Holy Ghost to aswell as be supportive,... let them learn life for themselves

When I was younger I was a disaster in love. When he is not 100% I dump his ass. Until I was grown I normal dump guys because I will tell him what I want and he not doing why I am wish you thn. Before even dump I cry , I eat, I plan my life without When I do break up with I feel sad and cry for few weeks as I dump while I still love him it just that it was more painful to be with than without him.
