Thank u for sharing love it.. if u warm up the pulparindos in the microwave for 5 to 7 seconds it would be easier for u to manage the pulparindo.... and keep wetting ur fingers in water when need so to keep smoothing the paste
I tried the jolly ranchers but I made bombs and put gummies , chamoy and tajin . Also some salsaghetti candy but it melted by the next day. She I then left out the chamoy next time and just put chamoy in the little tubes to add later. Came out great 👍

I have questions... is there a way to make chamoy a solid like you did the jolly rancher heart? I’ve seen a video on tik tok where the filled a smaller similar heart template and when picked up it was hard... idk if I need to bake it or what lol please help...
It's pretty much the same thing I did but that one doesn't stay hard it deflates really fast even when kept in a cool place, they add refined sugar & corn syrup, glucose, chamoy, pulpa, and chile piquin and you have to constantly stir so it doesn't stick.

Hola, estos corazones son algo delicados porque si estan expuestos a mucho calor se pueden desinflar,, yo sugiero que lo rellenes de dulce completamente para que no pase y todavía se puede quebrar
I didn't because we used it right away, depends how long you want it to last is the amount of candy you want to add. I would suggest filling it with the candy mixture if using until the next day to avoid it from sinking in
Hi! I made it today and it came out perfect! Left out while I was putting my baby to sleep and I came and it was completely deflated😩 why?? Also my top part has way more candy that the sides because it hets hard fast so that all I could get on the sides
I put mine in the fridge and add the chamoy later,, for my strawberries to stick and to avoid them from becoming soggy I also make sure they are dry before adding anything to it, when I add the pulparindo I cover it and fold the sides tight then smooth it out with very little water ( like I showed in the video) just so I can give it shape and for the tajin to stick. Hope my tips help don't give up keep trying.
With mine I noticed the heat from my hands was melting it so I quickly set it down because I held it for some time, but I would suggest filling it up with candy... mine lasted a few days and keep in fridge

Thanks for the tip! I do that with the pulparindo that's sold in a jar, haven't tried it with with these ones but I'll give it a try!

Hi, sorry I haven't come across this problem mine stayed hard, but make sure you are keeping it in the fridge sounds like yours was exposed to heat.

Not to harden because it hardens on its own but I do put it in the fridge to avoid it from sinking in

Tajin helps thicken the recipe, so you can always add a few more candies.

A few things could have caused this but it might have been the chamoy. I always add mine a few minutes before I am going to eat them
