    I stumbled upon your video while doing research for my own recovery. I love that they short and clearly explained. Many from the different support groups that I am in have talked about your videos too! Thank you so much for making a difference in my life! I have never been told my shoulder pain could be from stiff muscles, it was always because of spasticity. These stretches will definitely help. Thank you so much!

    Hi Dr. I was waiting for this video about neck pain. My unaffected side is the right and it's that side of my neck that is always painfull. Especially when I watch TV. And when I try to use my affected side. Thank you for adressing this issue.

    I had a craniotomy. They removed my bone flap. I had to wear a helmet for a long time. Awesome video

    My father had a stroke over a month ago and his head is going forward and seems like he has a hump … but after seeing your video I believe his front neck muscles are tight… can he do these exercises if he still has his trach on?

    Hi dr. I stumbled upon your channel while doing research, in hopes of finding help for myself. I am 7 years post tbi which caused me to have a medical stroke to stop the hemorrhage in my brain caused by the car accident. Ive been researching about neural plasticity and im starting with your videos for hand and arm recovery i have left side paralysis. Im sorry for the long post. If you have any recommendations feel free to respond if you want to. I just want a better life.

    The "two most famous physical therapists on the internet" have stretches 2 and 4 as NEVER do stretches for the head/neck.

    Thank you for the information.i am so stiff in my body sometimes it feels that my feet will burst it is like a weight is holding me down hindering me from going about although I use a walker can you help

    I had a mini stroke, from having having my neck in an awkward position for a moment, I went to the er and got a mir scan and found nothing, can It still cause permanent damage? I feel fine now just still tingles sensation in my head after 10 hrs

    If someone had an Achilles tendon repair and recently experience d a stroke and it effect Ed the Achilles tendon leg my therapist believe I have a drop foot, but I don't think so I believe it's more spacity will recover in that leg take longer?
