@@eullandaa I have struggled with this for a long time too, throughout high school and still sometimes now in college. What helps me is to remember most people are just like you, a lot of us are too focused on thinking about ourselves and being afraid of embarrassing ourselves. Not sure if you're the same but I would always feel like I was weird or like I didn't have anything to add, but in reality, I did have plenty to add I just was afraid that people wouldn't like what I had to say. What I have learned is, as cliche as it sounds, is to be yourself and say what you honestly think about things and not to care too much about what other people think, it's okay to be different and you'll come to see that being different is what makes people like you. Imagine how boring everything would be if we were all the same. Remember you're not alone with this, and it may be hard at first but just be you, over time it gets easier and if things don't work out with certain people it doesn't matter there are plenty of people who you haven't met yet, wish you the best!
In middle school, there was a kid named Johnathan. I'm not sure what developmental illness he had, but he required adult supervision at all times. He was very small, his eyes were narrow and he wore glasses, he talked very loudly, his personal hygiene was poor, and he drooled. Because of that, people tried to avoid him. He couldn't understand why, so he would try to touch other students. Usually they would recoil in disgust, and eventually, it turned into a game called "the Johnny touch." The objective was, if he touched you, now you had to spread it to someone else and "infect" them. Once, I was sitting across from him in Science class. He was talking to me and I was trying so hard to ignore him. He put his notebook down and stared at me, and reached out to touch my hand. I was so shocked when he touched me that I almost fell out of my chair. I was horrified. Now, I'm horrified at how cruel I was. My biggest regret is how cruel I have been to others in my past.

I have some similar experience with a classmate back in primary school. For long time I wish I can apologise to him and I sure know that I wouldn't have been able to speak a word to him even if he were right in front of me now. I will live with my regret which reminds me to behave and do what is right at the end.
G B I’m so sorry and if u wanna talk I’m here. My dads showing signs and it’s tough. But for parents you have to realize they’ve always loved you. No matter what. And they’ve always realized you love them. You changed her life for the better and you’re the reason she smiled. You did the best things possible
You don’t have to apologise, that’s not necessarily what she needs but more about what you need (to get closure, and relieve a guilty conscience). You can instead be more present with her now, and do things that would matter more to her now - showing your love, being there for her, taking care of her, making her happy at every turn. So don’t beat yourself up for the past, you were learning just like all of us. But you can make her present life as lovely as possible, so do it :)

I regret getting married to the man whom I thought love of my life last July. After nine years together (and thirteen years of friendship) he cheated on me. We'd been married for just six months. I never would have believed he could do this. I have lost everything. Now I'm starting my life over in a new city, no job due to the wide spread panic and I have almost no possessions. Now I'm alone for the first time in my adult life and I feel completely lost. I just turned 27 last Monday and I have nothing to show for my time on this earth other than friends and family. I put 99% of myself into my relationship a now I don't know what to do with my life. I also regret that I miss him, more than anything.
I wish you good luck. Everything will be okay. Stay busy with what you find meaningful, don't hate yourself for feeling something. It's okay. You are just a human. You will be okay

I work with some patients who are on hospice. It's a tough job, especially if you're only 15 years old. I'm sure you were probably annoyed at life altogether with your mom not being in the position that you wanted and needed her to be. It's not your fault or anyone else's. You did your best at 15 with the cards you were dealt. I'm sorry it had to be that way. I lost my mom at 18. I regretted so much I did or didn't do, but I realized in the end she knew I loved her and I know she loved me.

@@foodreact3487 yes! when i was in second grade, a girl made/convinced everyone to stop talking to me and succeeded. i was left with no one to play with, and to this day i struggle because of it. it gave me so much social anxiety and made me completely shut down. i became shy and anxious, still am to this day.
I have some similar experience with a classmate back in primary school. For long time I wish I can apologise to him and I sure know that I wouldn't have been able to speak a word to him even if he were right in front of me now. I will live with my regret which reminds me to behave and do what is right at the end.
The way I treated my mother when I was a teenager. She has Alzheimer's now and I can't apologise.
G B I’m so sorry and if u wanna talk I’m here. My dads showing signs and it’s tough. But for parents you have to realize they’ve always loved you. No matter what. And they’ve always realized you love them. You changed her life for the better and you’re the reason she smiled. You did the best things possible
Of course you can. Just do it. She may not understand but God will hear your intention.
Do it anyway. She might not understand it, but do it for yourself, you need this.
I’m so sorry

To summarise all of this, live your life with Intergrity and courage. Treat people with kindness because if you hurt others eventually you will be living with regret. Also stay clear from people who are toxic. It's really humbling to see everyone's honesty, its really awakening to appreciate life with courage.
Yeah and also dont live for the others live for yourself, believe in yourself and do things that makes YOU happy
Well said!

My boyfriend is toxic and I want to leave but it's taking me forever to do that😭😭😭😭😭

Just like Billie Eilish said “Being sad is a waste of time. I ruined so many things that could have been amazing because I was sad”
xoyayaヅ i fucking hate billie eilish ariannas where its at
I used to be a fan of Billie Eilish when her “don’t smile at me” album dropped out, but after she decided to be so edgy/dark and the wave of fake depressed 13 year olds became her largest fan base, I really don’t like her anymore. I can see why she’s annoying to some.
who?
Bree Harris you can’t even spell ariana right and why do ppl compare billie to ariana like they are so different
- Nicolle why did you waste your time writing this long comment like no one is going to read it
My biggest regret is leaving the water running while my baby girl was in the tub. I was going through some really bad and confusing stuff. My wife had just attempted suicide. Her mother was with her in the hospital and she told me to go home and relax. I did as she said. It was also bathing day but I was just so tired. I put her in the tub and left the water running. Thank god I realized before something else horrible happened. I never told anybody because there was already so much happening at the time. Her 16th birthday is next week. I booked a room in a skiing resort. Well, our income is not that much but I have been saving money for some time. The "Sweet 16" was always such a big deal for her. I think I will tell my family about this tomorrow. That day scarred me and that's why I haven't been able to tell anyone. But it's ok now. We are happy.
Aw, I wish you're okay, man! Tomorrow's a big and scary day for me as well. Parents'll be at school tomorrow for me fucking things up. I'm probably gonna be suspended in school tomorrow but yeah, we learned from our past mistakes.
I'm happy that you and your family is fine rn :)
Daaamn
glad everything worked out! don’t be too angry at yourself, it was a honest mistake and your past actions have proven that you meant no harm to your daughter
Ulas Onal, If you don’t mind, I’d love to hear an update on your day once everything is done with :)
I really want her to find Reggie
I cried because of the wrong person who is supposed to love me, The time that I have spent on him is the regrets of my life. I wish I walked away sooner before kids came
My biggest regret: never talking to the police and reporting my dad for abuse - luckily i'm strong enough now and about 6-7 years later I am testifying against him in March and it will be my best moment
*EDIT*I just wanted to add this, thank you so much for the support literally brings me to tears. I just wanted to say also if you have gone through the same situation or similar and you haven't or didn't testify or report that doesn't make you any less stronger. What makes you strong is the fact you are still here, I know how hard going like a situation like that is and how much hope it takes. If you currently are in a bad situation please don't give up you always still have a little fight in you 💓
Grace proud of you boo
I'm so proud of u for coming out. That it fantastic. Hope all goes well for you
so proud of you!!! it’s definitely hard but you’re doing the right thing!!
Grace I’m proud of you ♥️
Proud of u..
"I have some regrets I don't wanna talk about"
Cut: Can you give us a vague answer?
"How do I say this...Taking French instead of Spanish in high school"
Man... that's deep😪
I didn't wanna be "that person" but screw it. What did he mean by that? I'm fighting sleep trying to figure it out 😩
I wasn't sure about that one either 🤷♂️
how is that deep??
Evelein Animates
14 year olds these days.... 😂
I actually have no idea what he meant by “Taking French instead of spanish”
Maybe he slept with his Spanish teacher and ruined both of their lives... lmao
i regret not saying i love you
grandpa 1949-2014 i love you im sorry i couldnt tell you before
Nooo 🥺. I am so sorry for your loss
I’m sorry man
it's deep
Same for me...One of my regrets
😢
I regret telling my crush that I loved her so bluntly on Valentine’s Day... it destroyed our communication and made the situation very ackward for me and her... I wish I could’ve told her differently. Now I won't have a chance, she has been the only girl to make me feel that way in my whole life.
I miss our friendship, Asa
Imagine being the partner of the people who said their biggest regret is their marriage
Who cares. Usually the partner feels the same way. Most ppl too chicken shit to pull the trigger though.

It's a lot more than you think. All throughout history people have gotten married because society told them to, now that we have more freedom, they still continue getting married way to early
F C exactly! Brainwashed by societal norms
@@IngvarMar oh god no one is coerced onto anything and even if they are a choice can always be made ppk are just too coy and small to admit that whatever it is that has occured in their lives they can change it fight it and well they are themselves members of this society they despise ungracefully it's time to own up to our actions as shall oneself be lonely in arraignment
My biggest regret is being too shy, cautious, and emotional. If I haven't been so shy, cautious, and emotional I would've learned way more things. I'm just too scared of being around a lot of stranger, because I'm scared they will judge and stare at me. Do any other people have this problem?
What you typed is literally how I am... that is one of many of my regrets.
Work towards it now
you’re not alone
Thank you for saying what you feel and being honest to yourself, everyone has different challenges and this just happened to be yours. That does not mean you can’t get out of it,fighting your way out of it will help you find more of yourself, their and many of challenges and achievements waiting for you in the future.Remember that just about everyone else is thinking the same thing you are,but you could be the one who breaks it and then one by one people will follow you and start to be who they truly are inside.Everyone else feeling this because they are following each other’s back and each persons is following another, then yourself gets covered up inside and you start to worry more about your appearance on the outside but really it’s all about the inside. Just be you,and that’s all anyone could ask for. The world is amazing and so is everyone inside of it,that includes you and I hope you have a goody day 😀🌸
I regret being like that and yet I live it every day. You just have to accept and love yourself for they shy, emotional wreck you are. :)
My biggest regret is for not loving myself.
Sadly, I’ve never been through a break up.... i’m single 4 lifeeeeeeeee!!😹😹
Actually your right this was kinda a basic bich thing.
Hahaha omg!!!

Listen to Marina & The Diamonds instead ! !
(Electra Heart album) :D
AllAboutAri but you can still change that
My biggest regret was having an internet addiction spent so much time on the computer instead of doing real life activities
I don't know how old you are, but it's really never too late. I spent most of my late teens & early 20s online instead of going out. I used to regret it, but in hindsight it wasn't all bad. The friends I've made get my meme jokes and it gives us something to connect with. I also tried to go out more and found I hate going out for the sake of it, so I probably didn't miss out on anything that I'd care about. I go out and do things because I want to, not because I think that I should and it's much better.
@@tropibanana4662 I’ve actually moved past that part in my life, I should have said that lol, but you are right it is never too late
I recommend you to a man who can help you manifest whoever you want to manifest within two-day ♥️ ♥️ ♥️
