    Could it damage the antenna in a cellular data reception device after the replacement?

    After replacing my back glass my phone has no service but WiFi and Bluetooth are working fine. When I restart phone the service comes back but does not last for long and it's gone again. Did I damage the antenna? This issue started happening right after I replaced the back glass. I've tried trouble shooting it but doesn't seem to be working.

    You didn't mention using new adhesive but that's a given. The only other thing I would do is heat again after installation before pressing down.

    What happens to electronic components Due to heat? Generally electronic components life decreases due to heat.

      I've done it with a Dremel gas torch, no problem.

      Thats generally not true, almost all electronic parts can handle 90 (and even work better under higher temperatures like processors) degrees its only the glue that melts

      @somedude2492 5 лет назад +5

      @@leander4422 processors definitely do not work better when heated up. I think you're talking about controllers, which like being warm, but nothing more than 50/60 degrees.
