Do i need additional backcover adhesive tape or i can use b 7000 on my old adhesive tape ??
yes you can use b7000 on top of the tape, but make sure they are in proper order without any damages. Otherwise remove and apply the glue.

That sounds not good. Replace the battery immediately or disconnect the battery. You might end up with more issues
