Great Job mate ! Thanks for sharing, i did mine once but i just screwd the broken pieces together, that was years ago and by mounting Xenon in it, it snapped againg now. It's a fucked system, so sensitive. Any how, i will try and find a kit.

@@allanpennington I never do this. Don't remove good old ones is hard to do it. Not necessary. Fit new onc only if old one missing. Keep the new ones for the future like a spare part.

The parts on eBay is called jaguar x type head light adjustments.they cost around £10.

What temp setting did you have on the heat gun
Middle on my heat gun every one are different just start from the lowest setting and try. The highest setting can burn plastic.

If you are not able to repair it by this video, you really shoudnt try to rapair any part of car.
