What is the best app for tracking feeding and stuff? Xx
I loved this and how encouraging you are. Thank you!
Some good bits if advice there!
Another one I'd give to any breastfeeding mums out there us dont worry if you feel like you're baby 'isnt getting enough milk'.
During the first couple of weeks it might feel like your baby is constantly hungry but this us completely normal, it's called 'cluster feeding'. Its your babies way of telling your body to make more milk and your body will respond.
As long as they're having plenty if wet and dirty nappies they are getting enough.
Of course if you feel like that isnt the case always consult your doctor ❤
Yes that’s such great advice! 😍 cluster feeding can be such hard work and feel like the baby never leaves your boob. I think that’s one thing I struggled with with the breast feeding too! From breast feeding mums I know they say the first months are hard but get a lot easier!
