I've been researching cnc routers and I'm wondering if you built yours or purchased it. I'm after some plans to build my own, figured it would be a lot cheaper, thanks.
I have purchased the solsylva plans but am now considering the joes hybrid. How did you go about sourcing all the hardware and electronics required for the build? Are there metric dimensions for the build? I'm still not sure which to build, I'm fairly new to woodworking but always keen to learn more. Where about are you in New Zealand, I'm near Oamaru in the South Island.
one of the options i needed was to be able to cut aluminium , didnt needed to be fast but it did needed to be acurate i bought the plans for a RAW 1.3 rawcnc.com/ myself (would you like the zipfile for that one as well ?) its not made of wood (did looked intoo the blacktoe but decided the raw was eazier to enlarge if needed ) the newer raw design uses some sort of recycled hard plastic board for a lot of its parts , havent looked intoo that but if its the same material they use here to make decking planks out of it might be nice material to make the joes hybrid out of as whell , its reasonably light and hardly flexes , do need to drill and tap everything
Ok. I believe you. But its a very creative thing to do. Very special! Strange that there is so litle People who have watched this video. Grtz
Industrial remix? Is it right? 😳😏
are you serious?Does the cnc is making this sound live? or is this an assembled video please?
Yes Mijn the CNC really does make the music and the recording was just the camera in front of the machine. No tricks.
Cheers Peter
