there have been further dramatic changes in my mental and bodily functions. I want to make a video on that, but until now i never found the right moment. In the last weeks potentiation really had a grip on me, confronting me with alot of emotions i haven't dealt with. And it has given me a whole new viewpoint on myself and the world.

Are you sure this isn't soul harvesting? If you consent and give permission, you are open to the unseen to meddle with you. I'm a bit wary of this.
