- Tommy Fleetwood, Lucas Herbert and Adri Arnaus face-off in a One Club Challenge on the iconic 8th hole at Emirates Golf Club, home of the OMEGA Dubai Desert Classic. The rules are simple: each player gets assigned a club that they must complete the hole with, the lowest score wins.

The 7 iron is always going to be easier. They should have given them 3 iron 7 iron and hybrid. Driver and putter is a bit too much.
eh, I'd say driver isn't a bad option for a par 4, especially a long one. But yeah 7 iron is always the best
I remember last time it was a 9 iron instead of 7. May be a wedge would be a better choice.

I like the idea, but the clubs should be a little more even, like maybe a 3W, 4I, and 9I or something like that.

Better idea... 3 club challenge (driver, mid iron, putter). See if they can break par on an easy course (for a pro).
Better than the pga
I was in a foursome in Florida on vacation about 10 years ago. It was so hot we just wanted to get some enjoyment out of being there. So we all went driver only on the entire back nine. It was a blast. Let’s just say, driver out of the bunker is not recommended.
