- I head out with my friends Charles (Tekéze TV) , John, and Dallas in search of the strongest snapper in the world! I always wanted to catch one myself and finally after battling through the sharks we got a whole on up! Back at home the Bean comes over and cooks up a delicious meal!

Captain Nick here's a tip if you feed a small piece to a cat and he doesn't eat it stay away that's a definite sign of ciguatera. Also if you put a piece on an ant pile and they don't attack it stay away definite sign of ciguatera. Also you can tell by the way of fish fights if it's got ciguatera if they are sick they won't fight hard at allit's most common in barracudas you can tell when they come straight to the boat and don't fight at all. P.s. when will we be able to book a trip with you online again?

Flies also tell you, while cleaning the fish if they don't buzz around or land on the fish that's a sign.
This takes some patience to keep loosing to the sharks over and over, But at least you got one landed! Always for the win!

We handline these fish,with a 130 pound nylon and 5 lbs tuna as bait. Never had one cut of by a shark tough.

After watching this video, I don't think I could catch one of those the age I am now. That would be a quest to catch one of those fish ! Great video, especially filming it at night !!!
Heres a tip. When u see lightning count the seconds between the lightning and the thunder and you can tell how far that storm system is and every 5 Seconds equals 1 Mile

Showing some love from San Diego, California. Love your videos. Love to see fish being caught that we don't have here in Southern California. Sadie, hopefully I've spelled her name right, is adorable. I miss my son being that age. He's now 9 and loves to go fishing with me. Trying to get my boat fixed so we can go out in our local kelp beds and islands near by in Mexican waters. Keep up the great work. Fish on!

Hi Nick! Is that boat a conch 26.. I completely restored a 32 reaction..yrs ago I always wanted. To do a fish boat. .interior in. Boston whaler blue...just like this guy did...beautiful job.. I've got a Penn TW50 on a star rod. .doing nothing ...I'm the guy that has the horrible bad neck from several people hitting me while working. .I almost feel like sending it to you the pen 50 ..because I can't use it . I'd just want a big chunk of fish every once in awhile.. but you know I've got to believe that I'm gonna be back....you keep living with your family ..live it up..bro..your a man who has everything..thank the Lord and I'm very happy for you and yours ..!!
