Ha ha, why is SBi on the first rank? It is the Sadiyal Bank of India.
I couldn't complete my video KYC through YONO after struggling with it for 3-4 hours. I got useless errors, and the App kept resetting as if it worked on its own mood.
After ten attempts to get a token for the Savings account video KYC, I got two errors in the YONO app: You have two active sessions, or your session is locked. I tried getting help to resolve it. I entered my mobile number and password correctly, and the resources on my side, including the connectivity (5MB/s speed internet connection), were fine.
The agents and IVRS were useless because the call went wrong despite me selecting YONO and the suitable options. Sometimes, the agents could not suddenly hear me; after some time, I was speaking loudly, and they couldn't offer any solution to 2 active sessions and session lockout. I also checked SBI reviews and found many complaints of their App not working correctly and poor customer service.
You may have some jugaad in SBI to give it the first ranking for a good bank, which is wrong as the bank, its agents, apps, and banking infrastructure are inferior. I was able to get video KYC done at other private banks but not at SBI - Sadiyal Bank Of India.
