I have been working out my entire life, even know at 52 I still regularly go to the gym. I have always been a heavy lifter up until a few years ago due to sore shoulders and joints (probably thanks to my years of heavy lifting). Most old time meatheads myself included will still stop and pause to watch someone execute a 315 or higher press or squat because after all these years it is still an impressive lift for most. The second reason is to make sure the lifter doesn't need help just in case they cant lift it.

I've lifted for 30 years on 4 continents. I've never worried for one second what someone else is lifting in a gym. Can't fathom why anyone would worry whether I were watching them.
This guy has that underdog mentality though. If he was twice the size nobody would look or care, but because he's so light everyone fully expects him to die and they are looking. This attention fuels him, and I can see where he is coming from.

Too many times at new gyms. I've had guys tell me to wait so they can go get a bigger guy to spot me. I try to reassure them by telling them I've done it before and if I did need a spot, not to worry as I won't completely give up and make them deadlift.
+UFpwrLifter Haha..get that it happens a lot. I haven't even seen anyone bench pressing that kind of weight in real life. And I've been working out 3-4 days for about 13 years. I've seen someone getting 1 rep at 150kg/330 pounds but that's about it. And he was 240pounds and 6,5'

I train 5 days a week so I'm a lot stronger and tougher then most around me but I do whatever, I can to motivate others and help them be more proactive as I am...some people say inspire them a lot too...mostly music helps me to channel all my negative moments to use as a weapon to push me harder where it makes me feel super humanly bionic with enhanced strength speed and stamina...I'd be feeling like a beastly monster after all that harden work I do makes me feel badass and powerful i'm 25,years old i'm 5'9 and all indestructible I'm a professional at this thing I've been doing this for 3 to 4 years...I was once skinny but I ate healthy gained muscles through perseverance and reputation so now here I am at this point.I felt so much better but fully confident about myself and my body as well too.

My left arm and shoulder has been in pain for over a week because I fell down off from a FedEx truck. I really want to go back to chest workout but the Physical Therapy said no till I get fully heal. Not sure how long that will take. If I do want to do chest workout doing light weights, what are the good workout to do that isn't over 15lbs?
