Twin brother from a different mother...well done...as if I was watching myself benching...we are like twins...have done 150 for 3 reps....started with bar, then, 40, then 60, then 80, 100 and so on...all on 3 reps...then followed by a wide grip 5 sets 10reps with 100....I aim to keep increasing by 5kg a month...let me know how you are getting on...we are e like twins..just as looking at myself in the mirror.. twins...we are amazing...where are you from twin...perhaps we got separated at birth... we are like twins my twin brother...FOREVER POLAND...
