What does "after three consecutive jogs mean?" Reset with the pencil for 12 secs. three times?

Hi Charli, Sorry for any confusion. You want to press and hold the button until the blind has jogged three times. i.e. without removing your finger / pencil from the button. The background behind what is happening here is the first jog confirms that the blind is in program mode, the second jog removes any paired handsets and the third jog confirms it is back to factory settings.
