A television legend, Crossroads was one of ITV's most popular shows. Starring the immortal Noele Gordon as Meg Richardson, the trials and tribulations of the Midlands' premier motel, its staff and patrons enthralled, amused and sometimes horrified millions of viewers for the best part of three decades! A huge presence on ITV from the 1950s onwards, Gordon consistently won viewer awards through the '60s and '70s for both her own performance and for the series with which she is forever linked.
Nearly two decades in the making, Crossroads: The Noele Gordon Collection is an exclusive box set of 90+ discs (over 700 shows) containing every known existing episode from the earliest surviving show through to Gordon's final performance in November 1981 (wrapping the set up with the last show transmitted by ATV on New Year's Eve 1981). Alongside this treasure trove of episodes are a wealth of special features, including:

This is really helpful. I got mine on Saturday but haven't unboxed it yet! Can't wait to see Vera Downend, Hugh, Diane, Jill, David, Tish, Meg, Sandy, Diane, Carney, Miss Tatum, Amy Turtle, Mr Lovejoy, Shughie and Mr Booth again - and the story (1981?) about the recording studio with the Kate Robins song. Altogether now: 'More than in love...'
Which character(s) are you most excited to see?
@@NetworkDistributing Vera Downend (my ultimate fave character), the Richardson/Mortimers (Meg, Sandy, Hugh and Anthony), Tish (so lovely - always kind and gracious)!), Mr Lovejoy (beautifully bumptious chef), Amy (legend!), Mr Booth (brilliantly prissy chef), Miss Tatum (most of the post office years have been wiped - a tragedy), Diane (feels like a wonderful old friend), Shughie the chef (once called 'Shughie McCradock' by Miss Diane!), Hugh, Rosemary (the classic 1980 moment with David in the motel office in particular), David, Barbara, Kath, Glenda, Iris (such an interesting character - capable of being good and very bad indeed!), Mavis Hooper, Benny, Carney, J Henry and Miranda Pollard, Adam (the show's Mr Fox from 1978 to 1988), Sheila, Wilf, Jill (lovely Jill, I always used to worry about the character because her life was often chaos!) and Stan. These episodes stop the year before the wickedly languid Valerie Pollard and the slick motel spy/restaurant manager Mr Paul, and a few years short of Nicola, Mrs Tardebigge and Bomber, but maybe one day! As you can see, I LOVED Crossroads! Thanks for the email about the duplicate disc 14. I look forward to the replacement. I'm going to start my viewing with May 1979 (when the previous Network releases ended) and go through to the end of 1981. Bliss!

It looks like everyone’s set contains disc 14 with the same contents as disc 17. Hope you have plenty of replacement 14s to send out!

I have ordered the 'CROSSROADS classics' DVD as well, I know it is duplicating episodes, but still wanted to buy it, will there be a full list of episode content coming out soon, I know it contains ' Sandy's Accident', 'Meg's Wedding', '70's Christmas', 'The Motel Fire', but what others will be on there, Thank you.
