Depends on the character and composition. But tanks never go in Boss Rush and DPS WS are most important so generally will be a DPS.

I cant clear 3rd step/stage on Boss Rush since I just started playing GT and have little units to raise. Will I still get the rewards at the end of the season if I dont clear the 3rd stage/step?
