@Here Hes The instructor is very impressive and I'm in awe of her, but lifting a living person of 50kg and, like here, one that (tries) to work with you is way easier than lifting an inanimate object that weighs 50kg. I bet there are a lot of firefighters and trained military personnel that can carry a grown adult, even unconscious; there a ways/techniques to make it easier, but can't weighlift the same weight in a gym and probably weighlifters that can but couldn't carry a person out of a house.
Honestly mamamoo's company is so great . They let them do what they want and wear whatever they're comfortable with . They dont force the girls into Korea's typical idol standards . I wish companies were more like mamamoo's company .
i guess they also considered the fact that mamamoo is one of their pillars on why does their company is much more successful now,, but i also think that they're more open to suggestions because during you're the best era, moomoos (mamamoo fandom) drew outfits for the girls and their stylists helped in making it a dream come true (you can search this on twitter) and rbw also focuses on their artists' vocals + attitude/ personality

I love their company. They're always so open minded. I think they give them the freedom other companies wouldn't. Look at Hwasa. She is allowed to contribute so much and be herself. One time I commented that more companies like cube should be like this. I've been pole dancing for a few months now and I can tell you right now the spin is because the pole itself is spinning, not the instructor. She's basically just sitting on the pole by squeezing the pole between her legs to hold herself up comfortably :) It's actually quite easy, though I don't know how she can hold Solar up either that's really impressive

@@bethrivera867 Yup it rotates! A lot of poles can be switched between static and spin mode! Static mode is for the actual spins while the spin mode is generally for choreos like these that depend on holding a position. I mean don't get me wrong friction is still a thing and you literally have to break your skin in like a new pair of shoes. To sit on the pole you have to SQUEEZE your thighs together and the skin does hurt and feel sore for a good while before it starts toughening up.
It's mostly the climbs that are very difficult because they rely on A LOT of strength. I still can't do the climb that they did in the video because it leaves my knees and shins sore and extremely bruised. The spins where they hold positions just rely on a lot of flexibility but like the other person mentioned, the poles themselves have a spin mode.
There are so many things I loved about this video, Solar's relationship with her teacher, the teacher's attitude, and most important, Solar's determination, the determination she has for her pole dancing and make it better day by day and her YT Chanel, always bringing new and unexpected content 💜 she deserves more views and suscribers :")

It's all in what you're used to. I couldn't run 100 feet without getting exhausted, but I can do a whole evening of contra dancing without getting tired. But then I have seen marathon runners get wiped out trying to contra dance.

I give huge props to Yongsun for working so hard. She chose to continue after Egotistic because she likes doing pole dancing. As anyone can see it takes lots of strength, while also needing to be graceful and smooth. I like that the company is open enough to let Yongsun post this content on her YT channel. I think it was a good idea for her to rest even though it wasn't serious, because it's better to be cautious.

I give huge props to Yongsun for working so hard. She chose to continue after Egotistic because she likes doing pole dancing. As anyone can see it takes lots of strength, while also needing to be graceful and smooth. I like that the company is open enough to let Yongsun post this content on her YT channel. I think it was a good idea for her to rest even though it wasn't serious, because it's better to be cautious.
