- First session of 2023 had brought me back to the salt. I love my local system, and I love targeting bream on lures. To the people that still support my humble channel thank you. I have some things on the way for 2023 that will bring my channel up a notch!

Great video champion, wow, speechless, crazy shit you see fishing, there was a dead Pug in one of the canals the other week still with its lead attached, and blown up with gasses, but fishing was great ,

@@Jorre-Fisk been quiet there mate , dunno why. But yeah got a couple . Coupla weeks ago hooked a monster that ran me straight between the pylons of the little walk bridge under Wilde Ave , it was one side and i was the other side . Pulled the hooks eventually . When I reeled in the string , there was over 100 metres out . Probably the same one that snapped me leader a month or two ago when lifting it up the cement wall ! It was around 50 , I estimated . So they're still on there . Amd thry just put another 9000 into the lake . 👍🎣✔

Shimano Stradic. Great reel, own one myself. Not sure on sizing though. May be a 2000 or 2500

@@MarkOzFishNSW Hey mate its the stradic fl 2500 hg. In my opinion its the best Shimano 2500 made in the last 4 years, at that price range. Feels more premium in the hand than the vanford. Its also worth noting that my vanford line roller bearing corroded in the first year, where as my stradic fl is still going strong with the same maintenance routine.
