I think you're the only person I've seen who does the slow zoom in on an overlooked building - it's a great editing technique that adds a lot of drama and I love it.
Thanks! I love trying new techniques, so it's always good to hear feedback on them! Good to hear that the drama comes through, that's what I was hoping for.:)
This is going to be a great series, I feel. Would also love to see a compilation of the best/worst moments of each map or attempt
My vision is to literally have the first minute or so just be failures, and then a timestamp to go to the actual run for those that don't want to cry with me :p

oof, good luck! I really loved the in-depth analysis you did for some levels, showing why they went wrong and what could've been done to improve. i've never seen anyone do that before, that's fantastic
If you want to get better at something, you have to first learn from your mistakes. Hopefully I can teach you how to do that for yourself! :)
The mountain levels seem so much easier because so much of the map stays blocked off. LA, despite being the first city, is ironically hard. Or maybe I just suck.
Outside of absolutely destroying me because I need a tunnel, I have to agree. The game gets real sadistic when it has free reign of the map LOL

In the northwest you had the green business go directly into a four-way intersection with the red houses. This slowed down your green cars on the way to the one business that failed.
The map wasn't very kind altogether, though. 🙂 So, better luck next time!

Ooh, I am top 3,000 on LA, I suppose you're pushing me down!
I'm using a small number of tiles at dest corners 2 squares out to get road space and avoid dests on roads, but it's too easy to forget to block mid game and get an evil spawn.
Evil spawns is the bread and butter of LA

Am I missing something, or could you have split the red/green road and taken all the red cars along the very top of the map around to the left entrance of the double lot, so the greens wouldn't have to share?
