Sorry, silly question here, but when I weigh myself on a scale (on earth) am I actually measuring Mass x gravitational force? If so, is my weight in zero gravity actually 80 / 9.8 = 8.16 kg?

Anyone else notice how he changed velocity's formula from Speed + Displacement to Displacement divided by Time? Is this because average velocity uses different formula? I don't understand why he did this
