  • Yes, I just made a soap with REAL oatmeal, milk, AND honey! I chose to use almond milk simply because I don't drink much of anything else anymore but you could use coconut milk, soy milk, goat's milk, or whatever else your heart fancies if you make this yourself! :D

Vegan’s that dont use honey and are against bee keepers are contributing to the death of bee’s. Collecting Honey does not kill or harm bees at all. It actually helps them and us by using honey. Bee keepers (proper ones at least like local farmers not mass produced) keep bees in the best conditions for them to survive.

Vegans think any one who interacts with an animal is evil. Yet they feed their cats vegan food. This of course causes a lot of health problems for an animal that’s 100% carnivor. Their hearts suffer, they go blind and a bunch of other things because their abusive vegan owners refuse to provide their cats with the food they need. And they complain about bee farmers. Which if they do their job properly, they don’t harm the bees at all. In fact, it’s normal for colonies to die off. It happens in nature too so it has nothing to do with the bee keeper. Vegans, at least quite a bit of them, are the biggest hypocrites I’ve ever seen. Not to mention they yell “animal abuse!” without understanding what they’re talking about

about what you said about sharing info/technique, this mirrors my feelings as a maker. as a seller, it let's your customers know exactly what goes in your products, nothing nasty to hide. as a teaching resource, it's extremely helpful and encourages people to try something new. as for scents? that's always going to be personal. one maker will like florals, another may like bakery smells, another more into musks, etc. but everyone needs a starting point, and you give them good ones.
    thank you for sharing!

You are blessed for helping others. Everyone has to start somewhere at some point, even the best soaper out there had to have information from somewhere. I assure you they did not invent it. Soap making along with the basic ingredients have been around for more than a hundred years so there are no secrets other than the mix of certain additives and decorating the soaps. Your attitude in helping beginners is to be commended and your business will flourish. I don't even watch soapers that refuse to share a recipe or information along the way for new soapers to help them. That is so selfish. I can assure all of the so called professional soapers out there that the 10 or 12 bars a new soaper makes for themselves or gifts are not going to jeopardize their precious empire. Ok, enough ranting now. Thank you again so much for your unselfish attitude in helping others. May your business flourish always. 💞

I appreciate very that you make these videos about how you create and what goes into your soaps. I'm someone who wants to know what is in products what is the quality and I seeing you put your heart into your soaps, is so wonderful. Also It's very interesting and relaxing for me to see the process of making a cold pressed soap with piping and all the embets and Micas :)

The spider reminds me of double merle dogs. Merle is a popular color for some breeds of dogs. Its like a speckled black and white with grey blue. They come about naturally from breeding but if you breed 2 merles you get all merles and the chance to get a double merle which usually end up being mostly white, blind, and deaf

Oatmeal milk and honey is one of my favourite scents! The one I got from natures candles though kind of smells more like cherry almond which I don't mind though.

It's because so many of us think "Oh, I could do that!" and then when you mention how much work and money it actually takes, we think "Heck no, I'd rather just buy hers cause they're way prettier than I could make anyway" hahahaha! I love your videos and have been binge-watching them for a week now. Fantastic work :D

You just got a new subscriber because of your wonderful attitude and willingness to share. I am a newbie, and was starting to get discouraged at the lack of information available to new soap makers. Thank you for making this process a bit easier for some of us! God bless!

Those are the most BEAUTIFUL soaps I've ever seen. I'm old (69) so I've seen a soap or two in my life. I think this soap would be used at a ski resort, spa - Newlywed suites, etc.

It's like you're heading to more natural soaps, but I still love your big glittery pretty ones!
I'm starting blogging about my own soap making, and I'm so nervous, I hope I can be as informative as you to new soapers!

I'm not a soap maker, but I am an artist, and I only watch you because of your honesty and integrity when it comes to your art. I stand by the phrase "It takes a village" and when it comes to anything in life, especially art, you can't be stingy with your techniques. I mean there are years of studies on specific artists and how they made their art. I wouldn't be able to paint the way I do today if not for Bob Ross. And when I first found soap making out of curiosity for just how it's done, I found the community closed off and unrelenting. Even the little ladies at my farmers market clammed up when I asked how they did it. That's frustrating for a learner's mind. I never experienced that before with any other creator. When we create, it's by learning how the person before us did it, and combining and molding their techniques with others' and our own to make it work better for ourselves and to find new ways. This is a tangent, but seriously, thank you for being the type of artist who stands by sharing and teaching.
