Repairing a broken wooden mug . ククサの修理。 HOKUTO59 mogu cup

2013年に製作したMOGU CUPの修理依頼がきました。
大きなヒビの修理の作業工程を撮影しました。
キャンプなど屋外でしようしている時に落下させてしまうと、ひび割れてしまうことがあります。
割れの入ったまま使用すると木が水分を吸い込みヒビが広がってしまいます。
HOKUTO59の商品以外の修理は行っておりません。
I received a repair request for the MOGU CUP I made in 2013.
I photographed the work process of repairing a big crack.
If you drop it while using it outdoors such as in camping, it may crack.
If you use it with cracks, the wood will absorb water and the cracks will spread.
We do not repair other than HOKUTO 59 products.

Superglue (cyanoacrylate) is not regarded as food safe. So if this is adecorative item, cyanoacrylate is an okay choice, but if not, I wouldn’t use it.
