The best chocolate orange cupcakes are perfectly sweet and easy to make. Topped with cream, mascarpone cheese, chocolate and orange.
This recipe makes 6 chocolate cupcakes.
Prep time: 10 minutes.
Baking time: 30 minutes.
Total: 40 minutes.
RECIPE:
Muffins:
1 eggs
60 ml vegetable oil
100 ml milk
100 g sugar
150 g flour
40g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C / 360F / Gas mark 4.
Baking time: 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Topping:
100 ml heavy cream
50 g mascarpone cheese
50 g sugar
1 orange
