I don't think JK tries to BE the best in each choreography but I do think he tries to GIVE HIS best in each one. He goes all out for each move. He and Jimin both There is behind the scenes footage where one of the members (Hobi I think) tells JK to pace himself when on stage performing so that he doesn't use up all his energy at the beginning. JK says in a clip somewhere that he and Jimin are the same that way when they are performing. I'm not sure when those clips are from but they are probably many years old now, so I image JK and Jimin have learned how to do that.
I always think of their faces when they are performing intense songs like Fire as their "attack" faces lol. And JK has a great attack face. There is something in his eyes that changes when he performs those songs, especially since he has such angelic doe eyes off stage.

Jimin was my original bias… but jungkook is now my ultimate bias and yoongi is my main bias wrecker… but I love them all and anybody is capable of stealing the show. Jungkook as a grown ass man Has been a lot to handle.
These fancams are wayyyyyyy too old…. Ugh there’s so many good fancams of him… especially in the last twos or three years he’s come to realize he has insane sex appeal and now that he’s discovered it… he’s loving torturing us with it lol I’m okay with it though . Nigel, I understand how amazed you are at how much you've learned about BTS since you discovered them & how grateful you feel that you continued to learn about them (until you know so much about them now) because we've all been there, our 1st days discovering BTS, thinking alll 7 were just like eachother.For over 5 years I've been watching everything by & about BTS and I loved discovering how different each of the members was and has remained.
It's amazing to me how each guy stands out even though they each have 6 other extremely handsome talented gutys right next to them, still, they each stand out in such different ways! Different strengths, quirks, sleep habits, fashion sense, preferred foods. I love their differences, like;
Jimin's athleticism, he some martial arts & sword when younger, plus can do a backflip and kixk his foot over hos head but cannmot donquer he common cair. JNever a slip up performing foercely, but laughs to hard and body falls in a heap. RM's clumsy way of breaking whatever he touches, genius IQ, abilitybto speak perfectvEnglish and other languages, his fiercev determination, Suga's tough exterior, but sodt squishy insides, holding the other's hands, writing bsongs nearly every day, deep into trhe nights, plays piano and other instrunments, Korean producrr in his own rights, Their ACCEPTANCE of all their differences, the way they encouraged each other, to make so much more posible for ach of them, is the secret to their being internationally adorable. I love these young men like they're my sons or grandsons bc I'm 62 yrs old now...ermagawd I'm old.lol.
You are so right there should be the JK EFFECT cos on the stage he has an Aura - its like funny cute JK off stage and then gorgeous, sexy JK on stage. Jimin and JHope are awesome dancers but something about the way JK moves on stage- everything is popping including his facial expressions. I truly think he is the Michael Jackson of this generation and like Michael his presence and voice transcends music, gender and race!

I feel you, I was a fan for years without digging too deep - there was a traumatic reason in my life that had me in cocoon mode - I would pop out any time there were on TV. I knew RM, Jimin, and J-Hope, but couldn't always reliability know who was who beyond that. I finally looked up all of their music - and then videos - omggggg! I went from not telling them apart to being able to identify them from just their silhouettes now - lol - sometimes even just their hands! Their duality is insane, JK can go from fierce man to adorable bunny in 2 seconds flat - haha! He was my bias before I even knew who he was, he is so amazing, as are ALL of them - nothing matches the magic of OT7!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
