I have two of their awnings, the small 1.2m straight one that I originally had on the rear of my vehicle and then moved to my canopy, had it since 2012, and their 180° one that I’ve had over two years now. The straight awning is still in top nick but the bag has seen better days and I’ve enquired about replacing it but even then the zips still work fine though the tabs have broke but i just put some key rings on them. The 180 has been used constantly in that time and is still repealing water but is weatherbeaten. Things id like to change on it are some points on the angle sections on the outside of them so you can put a pole on it to lift it up to help with runoff, it works better than using the tabs provided to pull it down and for the poles to be the other way around with the fatter section on top as currently if it rains for a while the water runs down and into the bottom pole which then fills with water and can be very hard to remove. The zipper sections for the walls also leaks and is the only place it does so and is reduced with a good spray of repellant/waterproofing
I have the same one and about the same age, I know it's not a free standing, but I love being able to lower individual pole not like a free standing one. Also it's real canvas not ripstop canvas. Great Aussie made awning
Love my supapeg awning, tough and well built. Only minor thing I noticed is tiny stitch holes in velcros securing awning to poles and water eventually can come through when hard rain over a period of time. No biggie, just put a anti water tape patch over stitching. Great review 👍🏽
Quality product. I have the straight pullout model. I’ve had it for 5 years as well. Zero issues.
Glad to hear you're enjoying yours, they're a good awning.
I have the rapid wing 6 awesome bit of kit. Also bought the zip on walls to go with it. Highly recommended.
Great coverage

Thank you, thats actually a good point I missed the ziper section could do with a cover flap to prevent rain coming trough

Great Aussie made awning
Try the Kings freestanding awning. I avoid most of their gear, but the awning is very well made, especially for the price

oh never had that but will need to do something about water running down the poles at some stage
