Sunflower Seed Ranch-Style Dressing - "raw" sunflower seeds, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt (my-bad) blend. Make as thick as possible to last longer in fridge.
Thank you for constantly taking the time/energy to educate ppl on the life changing benefits of eating raw! 🌱✨ it’s incredibly appreciated. Will definitely be adding some of these items!
love your channel! You're like a home health institute guide. i get dulse leaf and dulse flakes from Maine Coast. Celery is a good source of organic sodium. i make my salad dressing w/ avocado, tomato, lemon juice, water, seasonings, stevia, and blend,. yummy!
I used to see lots of pepper corn trees here in Northern CA but I need to look around pretty sure they grow here. I am sure I used to pick my own pepper corns just from trees growing around Santa Rosa. So wine vinegar is from what I read unhealthy but it is sometimes much darker than apple cider vinegar. What about Balsamic vinegar? I bought some packaged pomegranate seeds and they were fermented and I spit them out. How do I know pomegranate or raspberry vinegar is healthier than wine vinegar? Dates and what about honey? Honey and bee pollen? I do eat them. Hate how they have jacked up the prices. Never tried juicing olives. How about papaya seeds? I've used them in place of pepper corns. Sodium chloride also does something some chemical process to destroy all nutrients to change it to pure sodium chloride. Love dulse and don't know if they still sell Catalina sea water still? Sounds interesting mixed sea weeds seasonings. Didn't know Dr. Goldwater is still around.
Most peoples Omega 3 to Omega 6 balance is SO far off (6 dominant) that Hemp will not bring it back into balance as effectivly. Of course, I also eat hemp seeds as well as chia, and wanted to keep the video under an hour! I encourage eating a variety of nuts and seeds, as many as you fan find!
I took pepper out of my diet years ago. Just the though doesn't sit well with me. It was just a suggestion I heard from a Barbra O'neil presentation because of it being an irritant to the digestion track. I do use fresh ground black cumin seeds though as a substitute.
@@tooleyrental7895 The Back to Eden book has two pages dedicated to cayenne alone. Very good stuff if you need it. For me it's more medicinal and should only be used if necessary. Just my opinion though.
Instead of paying so much for flavoured vinegar just buy regular vinegar and add a splash of juice ;) . "health" companies hate me :P . If it is berries you can squash a few berries into the food. This is for stir fries though ... you don't do those :P. I wouldn't drink vinegar on its own ever...
Hahaha then you’re on a very different field than John. Obviously there’s different stages of health and choices , but John does not cook anything. If you are to use oil, olive oil is definitely better than the gmo or rancid / acidic oils like canola , soybean and vegetable , which contains 0 vegetables. Fun fact, zero high fat vegetables exist on this planet
I've been watching you a long time I have a question I found out that diabetes is caused by pancreatitis or a damaged pancreas how can we reverse this???? God bless
Hi! I don’t know if you’ve found what helps or not but I have a couple suggestions. I helped my spouse cure diabetes (His A1C & Bloodwork is now considered healthy & not diabetic). I used suggestions from Kevin Trudeau Natural Cures book & website the most. Some of the supplements we used - a product called “Eleotin” and also a Blood Sugar Regulating Herbsl Formula (it had Werque Cactus in it which he found better than Nopal Cactus). Eat whole fruits if craving sugar (look up Dr. Robert Morse Herbal Health Club articles). My spouse became very seriously blind from bad Diabetes complications and recovered a lot of his eyesight and his doctors were very surprised at how much he recovered! Another free RUclips channel you can look to for help is “Sapien Medicine”, their videos have helped me for other issues. Good Luck & Health to you & yours! 😊💚✌️
I apologize for being misleading, its 99.9% fat :) The Majority of nutrients are stripped away, but IMO that does not make it any better. If you are purchasing oils, try to purchase ones that are unfiltered, which may contain more nutrients, but it still a very high calorie food with little micronutrients compared to whole olives, which was the point I was attempting to make.
are the nutrients in the food a mirror of the nutrients in the soil? or do different plants consistent of certain levels of certain nutrients regardless of the nutrient levels in the soil so long as there is enough? i always hoped i could just focus on the soil and that it didnt matter what i ate as long as it was something i liked to eat without processing like fruit, but through my research, which may not have included the best organic soil grown food, it makes it seem like variety lies in different foods and not so much the soil? i dont like that lol im not into making sauces and combining things to make something edible, thats a red flag really, plus im lazy, but when i try make a salad its just not food to me.. i guess im just not a gorilla? fruits and nuts are good eats as they are but vegetables and seeds and seaweeds n stuff.. i hate it man.. should i just eat fruit and nuts and stop trippen? this vegan and health stuff has totally ruined my quality of life, well i guess i should say nutrition science has ruined my life, i love not eating animals.
Both are important. Every plant creates different nutrients and uptakes different minerals that are influenced by soil minerals and microbiome of the soil. While eating a limited amount of plant foods in mineral rich soil; I think it better to eat a wide variety plants grown in mineral + microbial rich soil for best results. For example, certain plants take up more of select minerals than others. For example, Catmint is know to accumulate more selenium than other plants.
@@discountjuicers thanks for the reply man, i guess the question is.. is eating cat mint for its extra selenium worth trying to eat things that are disgusting and is it really necessary when in our past we never knew about minerals and just trusted our tastes as nature intended, also, could you please watch dr avi's (vegan doctor) short video on b12 and let us know your opinion? apparently humans can not be herbivores naturally and they prove why ruclips.net/video/gkQA1MMk_cI/видео.html
Sorry John - folks in the Middle East and Mediterranean LIVE on olive oil and other fats and are doing just fine... same with folks in Okinawa eating WHITE RICE every meal - living to 100! It is ok to eat some oil and rice and even cooked foods so long as you aren't eating McDonald's and drinking SOda..... All based on genetics and lifestyle.. not a single food item!

Add fresh raspberries to apple cider vinegar leave 5 days and sieve. Better than either. So easy to make.
How many raspberries to how much vinegar, please
Thats how you make rasberry vinegar? then do you throw out the rasberries? Not sure how even to do with rasberry vinegar.
What are your thoughts on black oil cured olives ?
Thank you John, you are best!

I put raw lemon juice & raw apple cider ( with the mother) on my organic salad’s
Sea purslane has a naturally salty flavour too. But I don't know if this grows in all countries.
Why not Hemp seeds instead of flax?
hemp seed has some sort of bad fat in it or is high in omega 6s where as flax is highest in omega 3
why not both?

Olive oil is not at all just fat. Are vegetable juices just colored water?
you're right, it's only 99.9% fat. he's so misleading
