What's the difference mm and pm?
The pm is the smallest one so it fits less stuff but it’s good for everyday use, the mm is the medium size one ( the one in the middle) and it’s usually used as a tote bag.
What are the side straps for?

You can adjust the side straps and fold in the corners of the bag for a square look instead of the wide flared look.
