Even with the amount of people visiting there. The snow storms that just randomly start up with no warning is amazing. 94’ it was 75 one day the next day 14” of snow and cold almost instantly. No one predicted how bad it ended up being.
Good video! I don't know how they could survive without much health issues. Whatever the one guys meaning for going out on his own I'm glad the dogs actually found him. Sorry to his family for their loss.
Great video. The background footage really helps to give an idea of the terrain too. Having watched a large numbers of these videos over the years, many with striking similarities in the events surrounding the disappearances, I seriously wonder about the possibility of folk slipping into another 'dimension' for want of a better term, another reality.
Amazing job is always. I'm always curious when camping gear is found on rocks especially since in the first story I said the captain gear was on the boulder in the middle of the river. You wonder if somebody chase them away until they fell off the cliff and then stacked it as a signature of sorts since it's so common. However he could have decided to leave after the snowball fight not because of it but because that was the straw that broke the camel's back. I was almost like he intentionally separated himself from the group. But this is the problem with groups like the scouts when this happened it's usually the adult does not keep the group together and allows people to separate which is just irresponsible.
Granted, there are plenty of prosaic explanations along with background data that would go towards them. But yeah...it's perfectly normal for a person who is lost in the deep woods in cold weather to stack their gear on a boulder in the *middle* of a stream, then go wandering off. Just like how it's perfectly normal for a ten year old to be perfectly fine after a week alone in the wilderness with no survival gear, no food, and only water. There's absolutely nothing odd or strange about that or these forests in general.
Unfortunately the only information and sources these youtubers get their information from is david paulides and other online sources that are largely going off hearsay. When you read the actual search and rescue reports and direct details from the rangers on site, its always different. The clothes were never actually found neatly stacked but washed up on the rocks from a rising and falling river. As for children surviving for a week, there's plenty of cases where the child is found with scratches and dirt and bruises all over their bodies indicating they found warmth by covering themselves with brush. They can also survive just on water just fine. When you get the details directly from the child, this is exactly the kind of things they state. Nothing mysterious.
I think cases like that of Dennis Martin could be situations in which a mountain lion attacks the child and then drags them high up into a tree; So high that the scent is whisked away by the wind, potentially explaining the lack of evidence. Blood, biological matter, and other scraps could be caught up in the high branches, scarcely allowing anything to reach the ground. It would be impossible to see cougars kill so high up in a tree, disguised by the foliage. Likewise, a singular cougar picking up the habit of preying on human children would explain multiple children going missing in the area. Geoff, however, could have turned off the trail for multiple reasons. As stated, one of the other scouts passed by the spot Geoff was supposed to have been resting at. It would make sense if Geoff was needing to make a bowel movement, he would have ventured farther than he should off-trail for privacy. Then he could have become lost and wandered until he reached the place he made camp, falling off the cliff while delusional from hypothermia. (Another more unlikely conclusion is an animal attack pursued him the wrong way on the trail, then off into the wilderness, Perhaps the cougar? Guess we'll never know.)
I'll admit that the thing that surprised me the most in this video is that despite the fact that I grew up in Sacramento and come from an Air Force family...I never knew there was a Hamilton AFB. 😂 Great video. I spend a lot of time in Yosemite and always enjoy hearing stories from there. It's a beautiful area but there are parts where ... There is definitely a strange feeling
I don't know if that's only a nature. There is something weird and dangerous ,thought i was never there i'm from Germany 🤣but from all the stories i heard here it must be something strange and creepy in the Woods🖐❤
@@marinakaiser7639 I camped quite a bit growing up in The Redwoods & never felt like that, except coming up to our campsite (no moon, so flashlights only), 1 time only where a pretty big black bear was right in front of our tent eating eggs from our cooler & they were hanging from it's mouth as it looked up at our flashlights. We ran to our truck & stayed the night in there. Bear never even followed thank God. Was truly frightened then, but normally never felt ill-at-ease, watched, or not right in nature.
As i was writing i got booted, wonder why? So i will repeat... Malaysia has interesting cases also but because Spirit beings are apart of culture, they speak openly about disappearances. If people are unfound, Shamans will be called in to locate the person(s), rare that people are returned alive but already passed on, the ones that make it back alive of which there are few, don't remember much. Some "not all" depends on which part of Australia but Aboriginal Clans have Lore or Dream Time Stories about Spirit Beings, beings they hold Sacred but also have a healthy wariness of because of their powers. They say that Wandjina can walk through solid rock, they also get called "Cloud People". They're said to have power over the weather, they are able to install themselves into Owls especially but others too. Animism ( the belief that all natural phenomena, including human beings, animals, and plants, but also rocks, lakes, mountains, weather, and so on, share one vital quality-the soul or spirit that energizes them, therefore, can be possessed. If taken by Spirit(s) one could be walking right past their beloved without "hearing or seeing them" because they are being hidden by stealthy means & may have them hidden inside a cliff face, tree or anything that has life. I think to return to our realm causes death for most. Of all the tests, they should do EMR tests, i think there will be a radiation signature.
As a parent you learn kids have immense capability to slip away and deliberately hide from you. Some even think it’s funny to hear mum and dad screaming out for them and they hide even better. They have no fear and so the consequences of their actions are not understood by them.
It is possible that Jeffry Hague was either suffering from low blood sugar or hypothermia before he wandered off. You can get dangerously chilled without you, or others, realizing you are in danger. When he stopped to rest he cooled off even more which could cause enough mental sluggishness for him to become disoriented. Low blood sugar can also cause mental sluggishness, enough for a person left alone to not recognize where they are at.
I have absolutely no idea how I missed this one, seeing as I had to have been notified by both patreon (for the early release)AND here, but somehow I did. Damn glad I did though, because it's quite a nice surprise getting onto here to find an old one and just to realize there was somehow one I have never seen before.
Cases like the last one always makes me wonder how many people were actually still alive when the search is called off under the assumption they were already dead and might have been found alive if only they searched for just a few more days. I also feel like there must be something different about a child’s metabolism, or perhaps their stress response (or lack there of) to explain why so many have survived longer than they should, in very poor conditions and often without food too. I wonder if being small is an advantage against the cold, the blood doesn’t have as far to circulate to the extremities like a large adult. Alternatively, as they’re usually white children, could it be they’re of Northern European decent and because of genetic differences/evolutionary reasons (ranging from heart function, metabolism or body fat ratio) are built to be more tolerant to the cold. There has to be SOMETHING in particular as to why there’s specifically so many missing children cases that have near identical survival stories.
It's About money . Not lives . Only so much money is allotted . Just like a fema program. Only so much $$$ . then ? To BAD, a human doesn't matter . 😔💔
The timeline for Geoff (or Jeff) Haigh is rather confusing. I take it that he was left alone with the Scoutmaster? Whenever I hear Scout, Scoutmaster I get huge warning bells ringing in my head and they sound louder than Big Ben; I might be biased I admit but why would a 15 yo choose to take off on his own in dire temperatures? I hope that the integrity of the Scoutmaster has been thoroughly vested. In 1970 I was a young mother and I would have thought nothing better than sending my boys to Boys Scouts but 50 years later there is no way in the world that I would like to see my grand sons in that institution. As I said, I am surely biased but with all the stories that we hear and read, it’s a NO from me. God bless the soul of young Jeff. 😇🙏❤️
Yeah any time a child or teen goes missing and the last person with them was an adult they’re not related to, I get VERY suspicious. Just like religious institutes school-aged camps for boys and teens have a horrific history of abuse. It’s sad but I also wouldn’t risk my child’s dignity and safety by sending them off on such trips, I would try to provide them a similar experience with trusted family members so they don’t miss out on those skills and outdoors adventures entirely. It’s unfortunate but predators are statistically known to intentionally work with children and there’s just not enough done to filter these people out or monitor them on the job in a way that prevents them from hurting anyone 😔 I could even see a scenario of a kid trying to camp somewhere alone to avoid such abuse at camp (whether they’d already been abused or felt they were highly at risk of it) and ending up unintentionally perishing from the elements simply because they don’t feel safe enough to go back or they left in a panic and couldn’t successfully backtrack in the end even they wanted to. It’s definitely tragic for the family that we’ll never truly know what happened, whether a person or an animal spooked them into travelling in that direction or some other misadventure occurred. Nothing could be worse than having next to nothing to understand how or why your loved one ended up perishing, the possibilities for this case are so broad, at least some other cases have one or two plausible scenarios so the family gets at least some idea of what happened. It’s a shame people don’t typically carry something to write on, only on a few occasions have missing people been able to write down their last moments so those that eventually find them know who they were, who to contact after their body is found and the circumstances of how they ended up lost like they did. I’m sure many people that have perished in the woods had a period of time whilst still lucid to know they weren’t going to make it and would’ve loved to have had the ability to leave a final message for their family, to mitigate the suffering they know their death will cause their loved ones.
Good Evening Adam, Enjoy all ur research & the way u approach the investigations into strange & bizarre disappearances. I agree with most ur observations in articles detailing the cases that the explanations given seem not to fit the circumstances surrounding the reason for the original point of separation or the experience not matching the hikers ability, or just plain journalistic lack of questions or common sense follow-ups. among other mysterious oddities. I do not like when you state "this is a good time to go/wrap up or leave it up to us to comment below", as this indicates ur story or stories r over until next broadcast. Wish u posted more often w/maintaining the same quality u currently air. Miss it in-between. Do u post anywhere else? Thx 4 great original content I have not heard many times B4, keep it coming..and more.
As far as Jeff wandering off because of a snowball fight- that's not too weird- if ya fight with me while I am a passenger of your car; I will jump out at the next stop sign and walk off. I have done it many times.
If you ever encounter a mother bear on the trail with small cubs, you should always try to snatch the smallest cub and hold it hostage. Pretend that you have a gun to it's head and threaten to shoot it if the big bear doesn't back off. I'm an expert at wood stuff.
You should write a book with all the "good ideas" you have about woods etiquette and/or animal attacks. I'd read it, for sure, and I was bitten by a black bear when I was eight years old.
Dennis Martin was eaten by either weird mountain men or sasquatch- bunch of military came in and wiped them out and found the bones- it's all over YT if u look.
Re the first story that he may of done this to himself over a snowball fight. When I was his age a bully at school stamped my conker to death ( old game conker on a string thing..No internet back then) I planed his murder but eventually just resorted to self harming I still have the scars all over my arms to this day. The teenage mind is a scary thing. Don't under estimate in certain minds how tiny things seem life changing at that age
Dear James Similar thing happened to me when I was 5...we was in the sandpit, she wouldn’t let me play with the blue spade... so I hit her over the head with the blue bucket....
@@nicholaswilliams4336 I was just trying to say at that age dark thoughts can get to you My self harming was no joke Many teens commit suicide every year. On a lighter note I like your bucket comment
These young children that are lost and return unharmed it is the hand of the Almighty God that protects and brings them home. Laugh if you must but I have seen this happen and there is know other explanation.
I think it would be a good idea to mention where the parks r in the world eg the smoky mountains which are located....... I'm not sure if you show it but some people just listen. xxx
I can’t believe I have just read Jamie Daniel 14 found dead in woods south London, unexplained death! What the hell is going on! Hopefully you will have a video on this soon Adam.
The national park disappearances are among the most creepy maybe because they are surrounded by trees and you have no clear view of anything that may be lurking in the area and it's like these people literally disappear into thin air one minute they are there the next they are gone of course they're is likely to be a logical reason why they disappeared its simply the uncertainty about it that you have to question.
I'm surprised you don't know much about the dennis martin case, it's probably the most popular 4111 case, I figured you'd be well versed in those ncases as your channel basically mirrors that oine.
I wonder what the Native Americans would have to say about the area. What do their legends say. I'd be willing to bet they have some interesting stories of their own to tell. Has anybody ever asked them?
TM while I’m listening to these missing persons cases of disappearing ( some never to b found ) can b really mysterious tho especially sad if it’s children ( never knowing what happened). Or ppl being found dead with high strangeness involved !
Do the rivers n lakes if the UK that ppl end up in then were told not to swim in them yh?? Currents bollox?? So why we allowed to swim in the sea??? Think deeper somethings in our lakes n rivers
I'm in Scotland and they generally advise us about how dangerous rivers can be with debris, rocks, weeds etc that if you catch yourself on can drown you. But last summer, we had no fewer than 8 people who drowned when they got into difficulty in our lochs & rivers - all young people. Now they have amped up the warnings, Government-sponsored ads play on our radio stations now, warning of the dangers, because of these deaths. Cold water shock too.
It is hard to believe. They wasn't some kind of a third party; not to be involved. In both cases. I believe; definitely was some kind of a third party involved. No! If, and butt.
When THAT CHAPTER starts I'll say out loud..."Hey you!". For DISTURBED REALITY I'll say ..."welcome bock to distubbed ReALiteee"...for TOP MYSTERIES it's..."Hooooowwwwllllllll" 🙃🤪

We ran to our truck & stayed the night in there. Bear never even followed thank God. Was truly frightened then, but normally never felt ill-at-ease, watched, or not right in nature.
Very nice graphics and visuals. Awesome sauce from l.a california
Superb as always Adam. Thank you.

Thanks so much Sean, I appreciate that 🤞
Always great to hear these stories.
As a parent you learn kids have immense capability to slip away and deliberately hide from you. Some even think it’s funny to hear mum and dad screaming out for them and they hide even better. They have no fear and so the consequences of their actions are not understood by them.
Great job as always my brother!
Damn glad I did though, because it's quite a nice surprise getting onto here to find an old one and just to realize there was somehow one I have never seen before.
what is it about this guy's voice that is so awesome? I'm not sure... But I love hearing it.
Nice your post at last i was already waiting so curious at your story. Wish you a wonderful weekend dear🥰😘❤🖤🖐‼
I like your objective and empathetic approach.
Not there time yet....I'm not religious but guardian angels.

Nice to hear some are actually found and going to be okay.

I think Geoff may have came across a black bear that had him run off the trail
Certainly a possibility, I was having a similar thought to that too
@@MissingVoidTV I guess the strange question is why didn’t Geoff just walk back up to the trail after he felt the threat had gone away
Probably cos it wasn’t a bear, he probably got snatched by a large bird
If you ever encounter a mother bear on the trail with small cubs, you should always try to snatch the smallest cub and hold it hostage. Pretend that you have a gun to it's head and threaten to shoot it if the big bear doesn't back off. I'm an expert at wood stuff.
You should write a book with all the "good ideas" you have about woods etiquette and/or animal attacks. I'd read it, for sure, and I was bitten by a black bear when I was eight years old.
Love how you did the patreon forest! 💜

Dennis Martin was eaten by either weird mountain men or sasquatch- bunch of military came in and wiped them out and found the bones- it's all over YT if u look.
Don’t think so I think young Dennis was snatched by a large bird who took a shine to his red t shirt
Wow you planned someone’s deaths over them stomping your Conker? I dread to think what you would have done if he hit your knuckles lol x
Dear James Similar thing happened to me when I was 5...we was in the sandpit, she wouldn’t let me play with the blue spade... so I hit her over the head with the blue bucket....
@@welsh.truth.dragon3914 That would of been a fair conker fight..

Just happy atleast one was found alive... my sympathies to the family of the boy scout that was found to late.

Can’t wait to get my mother in law into one of theses national parks !!!!! Anyone recommend the park with the most disappearances ?
Best channel 💯
I just made a bowl of Ramen vanish
The national park disappearances are among the most creepy maybe because they are surrounded by trees and you have no clear view of anything that may be lurking in the area and it's like these people literally disappear into thin air one minute they are there the next they are gone of course they're is likely to be a logical reason why they disappeared its simply the uncertainty about it that you have to question.
Dear Sean Rest assured the entity behind this is not out of this world ?.....as others would have you believe.....
Sometimes I wonder how many people missing might be hunting accidents gone awry? Stranger on stranger.
Dear Lynette Where would they hide the bodies ?....
@@nicholaswilliams4336 Bury them.
Dear Sean The trees probably play a large part in the disappearance, Ideal for giant birds to hide in ?...
Thanks a bunch
The Freedom of Information Act CIA. Records shows remote viewing at Yosemite and they saw spacecraft behind a waterfall with hieroglyphs written on it
it almost sounds like he was having trouble with his eyesight. Maybe the snowball fight damaged his eyes in some way?

Is there most unexplained disappearances in the world and still doing it at the year 2022???

John Ireland didn't disappear he just got lost for a while.
Appalachian mountains is said App-uh-latchen. neat content either way though.
I think it was a big foot
It’s always weird to me to hear them called “The Great Smoky Mountains.”
Hi
ten years of age😔 his poor parents
Why do all these people go hiking in the wild in the WINTER? Doesn't anyone check the weather forecasts?
It is hard to believe. They wasn't some kind of a third party; not to be involved. In both cases. I believe; definitely was some kind of a third party involved. No! If, and butt.
