Just a small shower thought.
If you think about it the judge is technically the second strongest to the king, as we know ashore more than likely held back against us, especially with the pacifist route. In both routes the only time he dies is through a suprise attack via flowey.
He’s also the only canon character outside of flowey to knowingly break the choice options

TECHNICALLY Fish lady is the third strongest (2nd is Flowey and 1st is Asriel and 0 is us)

And the only reason flowey was strong was because he had all of the human souls, also because he is the only other character outside of sans to do shit a bit weird compared to others, sans dodged while others took the attack similarly, flowey at the beginning of the game had planned to straight kill us, no complicated attack we could doge like san’s instead he had circled us with his bullets.
See most characters follow set rules within the game, that I can only imagine are probably code of honor whilst very few don’t follow them
