I love the way Nyesha carries herself. She is such a sponge for knowledge :) she balances between showcasing the food and the pastry chef! Not to mention she's so cute!
This is my first time watching these series and it makes me really happy the comment section is full of praise for her! She's really respectful, friendly, charismatic, sweet, asked good questions, etc. etc. She's really a great host!
Had the pleasure of dining at Jungsik, and Chef Eunji's dessert course was unforgettable.
I like this host 1000 times more than all the other hosts. She actually lets the chef talk and she’s respectful.
I love the notebook thing, it’s a lovely way of documenting things
Amazing host, so educated and genuine but also approachable by watchers
What a lovely dessert. Interviewer was great and the chef is special.
2:50 How did they ignore that broken kitchen aid throughout the whole conversation lmao
Its not broken, it helps in mixing the ingredients. Its a new model of KitchenAid
you get used to janky kit in the restaurant industry.
It's not the machine it is the artist creating the dish...when working in the industry you won't always have all equipment you work with what you've got and still get amazing dishes
@@Willi.am05 Yes it is broken. Mine did the same thing, had to have my maintenance guy remove the back panel and tighten a screw.
I guess that the butterfly whisk itself is bigger than the bowl, not really broken tbf
I really enjoy your content it’s a great combination of knowledge and humility when it comes to food and the result is joy.
Nyesha is SO likable . Her presence alone got me to subscribe.
I love this channel so much!!
I miss eating out at good restaurants. I definitely have improved my cooking skills though over the last few weeks!
That looked like so many Pastry kitchens. You get a nook in the basement with some hand me down appliances lol
A amazing video nyesha.

Hrm, Asian pear and yuzu are my 2 favorite fruits. I need to go to Jungsik
The pin that ties the mixer head to the base is loose and driving me crazzzzzzy.

Where is the recipe?! I wanna recreate this. :)
I love both 🍐...
She's so beautiful, even more gorgeous when smilling.
She kind of talks over the chef... Asks questions and doesn't wait for the answer... Hope it's just editing
The flirting. I mean... :-D
omg. lick the 🍿 screen worthy. -Asian Food Nerd

1:45....why would the host even try to draw lol....its her dish.....just have her draw her own dish lol
@KrazeeNoob Playz lol u can see her at the beginning trying to draw it but then pastry chef comes in and is like uh can i draw....
@11:13. "..it's very unobtrusive on your palette...". Wait, what? Isn't the whole point of all cooking and baking to actually excite your palette?
Cooking and baking isn't really always about strong and bold flavours. A rich dark chocolate dessert may be too 'obtrusive' and perhaps a less obtrusive dessert would be nicer, as she says it 'rounds out the savoury experience', so its just a nice way to finish the meal.
Is this crazy Rhonda?
Pastry cream is italian....
Creme Patissiere is French, but really most pastry traditions from most countries share a version of a sweet cream involving eggs, so I wouldn’t say that any one country can claim it.
Journey in your mouth
Not in your hand
That ringing sound at around 7:00 hurts my ears for some reason, I find it very cringy and am unable to listen to it
just an observation....I'm sure this was filmed very very recently. Hugging is not social distancing in NYC.....
Shut up! 🙄
@@kaijahzmom already got it?
@@tw4601 I'm a reclusive germaphobe, and have been since long before this started going around. I'm good, thanks! 😎
It was filmed before coronavirus - have a look at the description!
the black chef s acting as a researcher/Dr hhhhh
can she host all the things. forever
call me picky but at the 10:58 close up you can see a hair on the tip of the pear :D - sorry chefs eyes xD
Fix ur kitchen aid
Thumbs down and middle finger up for Jungsik and Eunji ^^ㅗ
This lady seems to have a beautiful personality. However her overuse of adjectives is annoying, and she sticks her nose into everything.
For the record I just drop by to comment that this host should stop doing this..
P.S.
I didn't even play the video..
